This Privacy Policy explains how Starbuilt Creative ("we", "us") handles information when you contact us by phone or text message and receive text messages from us in response.

Information we collect

• Your phone number, the time you contacted us, and how you contacted us (a phone call, a text message, or a text started by scanning our QR code).
• If you call, whether you pressed 1 to request a text, and when.
• The content of text messages you send us, including details you choose to share about your request (such as your name and address).
• The text messages we send you, and delivery information from our messaging provider.
• If you tell us it is okay to call you, a record of that agreement and when you gave it.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, collect the details we need to help you, and connect you with a person on our team. If you have agreed to a phone call, a member of our team may use your phone number to call you about your request. Some text replies are generated by an automated assistant. We may also use records of messages to keep the service working, prevent abuse, and meet legal and carrier requirements.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us deliver and process messages, such as our text-messaging provider and the technology provider that powers the automated assistant. These providers handle information on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep message records for up to 12 months, then delete them. We may keep a record of how and when you agreed to receive texts or calls for longer, as proof of your consent.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Tell us at any time, by text or on a call, that you do not want to be called, and we will stop.
• To ask us to delete your information, email us at the address below.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it was last changed.
